Sales Policy

Great Stuff By Paul accepts Visa/MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card number is required to make a purchase and must be printed on your order form. Your credit card is transferred through a secure connection to Great Stuff By Paul. After Great Stuff By Paul receives your order your items are selected, weighed, and packaged. The shipping charge is then added to your bill and your credit card is then charged the final total. All Sales are final. Items are shipped as soon as possible, normally between 1-7 business days.

About the merchandise

Please remember that you are purchasing antique goods.  Being very old, they will naturally have imperfections such as scratches and dings.  Also, because of the variations in antiques, the product you receive may not exactly match the photograph on the website.  We will always send you the best products available in our stock.  Although all sales are final, if you ever have any questions or dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us and we will do everything possible to make it right.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped by the most economical method. Usually, this is UPS Ground. Items which exceed UPS size/weight restrictions are shipped by truck.
  • Because of irregular sizes and weights of typical Great Stuff merchandise, shipping costs will be calculated at time of shipment and added to invoice at that time. If a credit card is used for purchase, the shipping amount will be charged to the credit card.
  • When item is shipped by trucking/freight service (apart from UPS), for insurance purposes client must inspect contents while driver is in attendance for any broken or damaged goods.
