 We
have literally thousands of items coming to us from China, many
are over 100 years old or more. These are not your
run-of-the-mill items either. They are purchased from us by top
interior designers from all over the United States. On
this page are a few pictures of items waiting for
shipment, taken by Paul on his most recent trip to the heartland
of the Chinese mainland.
 It’s
not just China
The same
thing applies to shipments from England,
France, Germany,
Holland and other places in Europe.
Paul is there. And, when he isn’t there himself, his
representatives and contacts are busy turning up new and exotic
things all the time. There are hundreds of stories and anecdotes
about finding a cache of garden cloches, or watering cans,
English school desks, Victorian garden edgings, enameled wares,
etc. You reap the reward of all this hunting and gathering.

 Designers
and decorators from all over the US are in touch with us on a
regular basis to make sure they don’t miss that special item
or decorative accent they’ve been searching for. We’ve been
contacted by several of the most famous people in the business,
as well as avid collectors, who have heard about the marvelous
things we’ve discovered from across the globe.
 Paul,
and his lovely wife Joan have a design sensitivity and taste
that are relied upon by this loyal following, and are a valuable
resource and wealth of information for anyone who has a desire
for that which is different, unique and stylish. Collectors in
their own right, it is often hard for them to part with that
extra special gem they might find on their buying trips. But,
seeing it featured in a national magazine
more than makes up for it in the end.
